I placed my Sympathy order online and expected it to just be a typical online purchase. Shortly after I received a call directly from the owner to run through some change scenarios as the current Covid-19 issues would mean my assumptive purchase decision wasn't best suited for the situation. He made some suggestions and it made total sense. The suggestions were clear and came from a great sense of knowledge and experience, and it was very supportive. I stopped at the end of the call and thanked him as it was not expected. This going the extra mile is why local businesses still stand out in today's world. The message from the recipient I sent them to was phenomenal and I know it was mostly down to the changes suggested and made. I highly recommend Harrington Flowers.

I'm always hesitant to order flowers online, but after reading the reviews, I decided to do it. It was a great decision!! Thank you Harrington Flowers, the arrangement was beautiful!
