UPDATE: I was contacted right away from this florist and they went above and beyond to make things right. I will definitely be ordering from them again, however I will talk to the floral designer next time to have a better understanding of what I am purchasing.

The arrangement was small for the money. I selected the deluxe for an additional $10. My total order came to $78. I happened to be there right after it was delivered.

A pretty little arrangement…but very little for the price.

The floral arrangement certainly exceeded my expectations! I even received a phone call explaining that the exact flowers were not available and was it OK to substitute…I have never had that experience anywhere! I liked the substitutes even better-lol. The arrangement was gorgeous:)

I can not thank Harrington’s enough! I was so touched at the personal phone call when I was told the particular Lily I had ordered in my arrangement would not be open but rather closed and green. At Harrington’s suggestion, Calla Lilies were used instead. The arrangement was absolutely stunning and far more lovely then I could have asked for, so lovely for such a sad day
